For the recipe, “Spinach and Leek Soufflé” on page 146 of the first printing of this book, the first ingredient should be “6 eggs.” The first step in the instructions should read: “1. In a good-sized bowl, mix together the eggs, cream cheese, and sour cream until well blended.”
